Please enjoy this pomme de terre...

Happy Valentine's Day & Joyeuse St Valentin to you !!!

A very romantic potato I bought at the market recently!
It's been quiet on the blog lately, I know...
I blame the crazy cold snap we've been living through.
The temperatures have not risen above ZERO for a single second
during the past two weeks.
Ça suffit ! = That's enough!

You would think that all those freezing-cold days would mean
lots of cozy time, curled up on the sofa, drinking tea
& spending hours in front of the laptop & on the blog.

Mais non !

In fact, the cold created {chez moi at least}
a nasty combination something like this:
 freezing-cold fingers
+ bronchitis
+ icy roads
which = something like this:
beyond tired
+ fed up with freezing-cold weather
+  too cranky to update Rue de France.

La bonne nouvelle ?  The good news ?
It's supposed to snow tomorrow!
I say bring on la neige... because snow = higher temperatures,
which = more blogging!

{Could you cross your fingers for me? Mine are too cold... Merci!}
