It's hard to blog from a boat...

Me being a tourist in my own town & rowing around Annecy's lake last week.

C'est les vacances !

We are off to Brittany {on France's west coast} 

for a couple weeks of summer holiday.

That means I'll be trading the lovely Lac d'Annecy 

for the Océan Atlantique

& I'm pretty excited about that.

I'm looking forward to the salt air 

& the chance to see a new part of France.

Plus the typical food of the region we'll be in?

Crêpes.

So if things are pretty quiet around here on Rue de France

for the next while, pas de panique.

I'm either walking along the beach

or eating something delicious.

Or maybe both.
